Pierre is very knowledgeable about Zoho – almost too knowledgeable. Pierre is very accessible to work with – via messages, phone calls, visits. Pierre gets things done very quickly.
The CRMs are extremely important tools for me as a business owner, and I also believe they provide a value to our companies, that other companies with less sophisticated CRMS might not have.
This is all due to Pierre! If we did not have someone so accessible and knowledgeable to work with, I do not think we would have such extensive CRMs.
